Mollet Architecture, Inc. was selected as the winner of a statewide design competition and awarded the contract for the new Governor’s Residence for the State of South Dakota. Brad has also been directly responsible for design-bid-build and design-build projects ranging from $1/2 million to $80 million total construction and equipment dollars.
Services provided by Mollet Architecture include: layout, scheduling, budget, construction documents, specification writing and on-site construction observation.
President of Mollet Architecture since 1999, Brad Mollet is a 1986 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He has served professionally as a staff architect for Duffy Ruble Mamura Brygger Architects, P.C. and as Manager of Corporate Construction for BPI Technology, Inc.
