David Winter, owner of Winter Construction has earned his reputation for honesty, dependability and quality one satisfied customer at a time. He brings 18 years of experience to every project and has been an independent home builder since 1997. He and his crew create from 4-8 custom built homes in the Black Hills area every year. David and his wife have three daughters and he also serves as an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God Church.

Ralph Greslin, owner of Timberline, started building in the Black Hills area in 1973. What began as conventional and commercial construction, evolved into the log home business a couple of years later after being asked to erect a log home package for a customer.

Mollet Architecture, Inc.

 

Mollet Architecture, Inc. was selected as the winner of a statewide design competition and awarded the contract for the new Governor's Residence for the State of South Dakota. Brad has also been directly responsible for design-bid-build and design-build projects ranging from $1/2 million to $80 million total construction and equipment dollars.

Services provided by Mollet Architecture include: layout, scheduling, budget, construction documents, specification writing and on-site construction observation.

President of Mollet Architecture since 1999, Brad Mollet is a 1986 graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He has served professionally as a staff architect for Duffy Ruble Mamura Brygger Architects, P.C. and as Manager of Corporate Construction for BPI Technology, Inc.

Brad currently holds architectural registrations in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and South Dakota and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
